Andre is the firm’s Business Development Manager, responsible for driving strategic growth through a client-centric, relationship-driven approach. He focuses on initiating, nurturing, and expanding the firm’s client base, ensuring the practice is well positioned for sustainable, long-term growth.
With 10 years’ experience as a practising attorney, Andre brings a unique legal and commercial perspective to business development. This enables him to clearly articulate the value of the firm’s practice areas and align legal expertise with clients’ real-world needs, supporting high-quality client acquisition and long-term relationships.
Admitted as an attorney in 2015, Andre holds an LLB (2011) and LLM (2015) from the North-West University, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration (2019) from the University of the Free State. His legal background ensures strategic insight grounded in strong technical credibility.
When not working, Andre is a dedicated family man, friend and avid endurance athlete.

Isabella Lokotwayo

Isabella completed her LLB degree at the University of South Africa in 2021. She served as a candidate attorney at JJR’s Conveyancing Department and was admitted as an attorney in 2025.
She is a social butterfly, and thoroughly enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life. When she’s not immersed in meaningful discourse, Isabella can be found at the spa, enjoying a tranquil experience. Isabella loves a good cook-out and culinary experience with friends and family!

Roxaan Diesel

Roxaan completed her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2010 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2012 and Notary in 2021. She served her articles at a well-established firm in Pretoria, where she specialised in Family Law and gained valuable experience. Roxaan joined the Litigation department of JJR in 2024.
One of her proudest achievements was scoring an impressive 86% in the November 2020 Notary Exam, making her the top achiever in Gauteng. This recognition highlights her dedication and expertise in the legal field.
Outside of her professional life, Roxaan is a proud mother of two beautiful children and enjoys spending quality time with her family. Not many people know that she can speak French, which adds a unique dimension to her interactions.

Yolandi Coetzee

Born and raised in Pretoria, Yolandi obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2001. She obtained a wealth of experience during the 10 years spent at well-known firms in Pretoria in all aspects of the law, including Magistrate– and High Court Litigation, Family Law, Divorces, Maintenance, Commercial contracts & businesses, Law of Contract and Practice Management, RAF cases, Estate Law, Criminal Law and Conveyancing.
During 2014 she opened her own firm specialising in Estates, Contracts and all aspects of Conveyancing. She finds joy in helping people becoming the owners of their homes to build their lives.
During September 2024 she joined the team at JJR Attorneys Inc. in the conveyancing department.
Yolandi enjoys being the Godmother to 7 nieces and nephews and surrounding herself with family and friends. Coming from a big and closeknit family has taught her the value of loyalty, diligence, and trust. She enjoys a good book or a good movie on occasion and her interests include writing, photography, golfing, and hunting.
Khensani Makondo

Khensani completed her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2021. She served as a candidate attorney at JJR’s Conveyancing Department and Litigation Department and was admitted as an attorney in 2024.
Khensani specialises in medical negligence, third-party claims and general litigation. She is passionate about advocating for human rights and lending a voice to those without. When she’s not immersed in meaningful discourse, Khensani can be found at the gym channelling into her fitness or exploring exciting hiking trails. Khensani is also culinary fan, taking joy in kitchen experiments and enjoying the results over a good movie.
Anri Gouws

Anri completed her LLB Degree through the University of Pretoria in 2019. She served her articles at a boutique law firm in Rustenburg, North West where she focused on the administration of deceased estates, together with the drafting of wills and testamentary trusts.
Anri has extensive experience in the field of deceased estates, which also enables her to develop a working knowledge in other aspects of law, such as commercial and property law.
Anri enjoys a challenge, research, and strives to deliver the best service to her clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, action netball and socialising with friends, family and especially her beloved dogs and cat.
Fatima Ahmed

Fatima Ahmed completed her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2012. She got admitted as an attorney of the high Court of South Africa in 2015, she completed the SARIPA insolvency course in 2016 and in 2019 became a conveyancer.
She is an admitted attorney with over 7 years experience in key focus of conveyancing and foreclosure. She has been exposed to well established law firms in South Africa and thrives in dynamic environments.
Fatima has a great understanding of legal professionalism and strives for excellence to ensure business achieves their objectives.
Dehann Treptow

Dehann graduated with a BCom Law degree from the University of Pretoria and went on to complete his LLB degree in 2020 at the University of Pretoria. He served as candidate attorney in JJR’s Foreclosure and General Litigation Departments and was admitted as an attorney in 2023. Dehann specialises in Property Rental disputes and Debt Collection at JJR and works side by side with both JJR’s Litigation and Conveyancing Departments in respect of litigation matters relating to property.
He majored in Business Management and Economics and has a pecuniary interest for the intricacies involved with the integration of these fields. He loves a good legal debate and thoroughly enjoys the process of legal research. He is passionate about combat sports and the discipline associated with the art of boxing and mixed martial arts. Dehann enjoys a good social and supporting our national rugby team, the Springboks.

Mariette Steyn provides specialised services in all things conveyancing.
She has 15 years of experience in all the intricacies of property related transactions. Her analytical approach together with her unwavering commitment to quality has resulted in her becoming a respected property specialist among peers and clients alike.
Mariette also enjoys training new employees and is committed to the training of Estate Agents. Her involvement in the management of our Nelspruit office strengthens the firm through her innovative ideas on marketing and the internal enhancement of staff.
Mariette approaches each transaction with a problem-solving mentality, ensuring that all the angles are scrutinised and innovative solutions are identified. Taking the extra step is what makes Mariette effective at her work and why her clients refuse to work with anyone else.
With transactions involving property, time is a rare commodity, and clients expect results within certain time frames. However, this does not compromise her compassion or unwavering commitment to quality. Without fail, she approaches each transaction with the same intellectual focus and commitment. Her years of prepping document sets have made her no stranger to spending long hours ensuring that every aspect of a client’s transaction has been addressed and prepared.
